About the role

  • IT-Account Manager developing long-term relationships with customers and enhancing collaboration at DATAGROUP. Responsible for overseeing SLAs, KPIs, and fostering customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • You take full ownership of our existing customers and develop the relationship for the long term
  • Monitor SLAs and KPIs for our customers
  • You support customers in using our solutions and services so they deliver real value in their day-to-day operations
  • You strategically grow existing accounts and generate new revenue opportunities through cross-selling and upselling
  • You conduct regular business reviews, set shared goals and drive their implementation
  • You bring customer insights into the teams to support continuous improvement of our offerings
  • You identify challenges early and find pragmatic solutions to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • You have proven experience in direct customer-facing roles — ideally in Account Management or Customer Success Management
  • You can convey complex information clearly and empathetically and build trust-based, equal-footing dialogues
  • You organize yourself efficiently, think in a structured way, and have a clear sense of priorities
  • You quickly understand what matters to customers and find ways to support their objectives
  • You are confident using CRM systems, familiar with Office365 tools, open to new technologies, and ideally hold a certification in Customer Success Management
