Responsibilities
- You take responsibility for individual tender processes from the internal kick-off meeting through to final contract award.
- You ensure internal schedules are met, proposals are tailored to the customer, and submissions are delivered on time.
- In close coordination with Sales, Presales, specialist departments, Legal and Finance, you develop bespoke proposals that optimally showcase DATAGROUP’s added value and IT expertise.
- You coordinate internal approval processes and ensure that all relevant stakeholders are involved at an early stage.
- You review all proposal documents for completeness, factual accuracy and compliance with legal, technical and regulatory requirements.
- You manage relevant tender platforms and ensure that portfolio-relevant tenders are passed on to the appropriate specialist teams.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, (Business) Computer Science, Communications or comparable vocational training (e.g., IT systems clerk / IT systems sales specialist)
- Relevant experience in bid management or handling complex tender processes
- Ideally experience in IT services, managed services, software or system integration
- Confident user of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with various tender portals is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills and a high degree of independence, sense of responsibility and quality awareness
- Experience with public procurement processes is an advantage
- Analytical thinking to assess customer requirements, market trends and tender data
- Team player with initiative and enjoyment of working in a dynamic, project-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present complex technical content in a clear and understandable way
