About the role

  • Customer Partnerships Lead managing key accounts and fostering relationships in New Zealand. Overseeing customer lifecycle while executing strategies for growth, sustainability, and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic planning and execution of acquisition for new customers in your value creation role
  • Focus on new customer acquisition and the exceptional growth (white space) within our existing and new customer portfolio.
  • Net new customers into Datacom’s portfolio, that positively contribute to our revenue and margin performance
  • The Customer Partnerships Lead will have a customer focussed/market facing priority, with the goal to develop long term quality engagements with typically large public and private New Zealand organisations.
  • Building value-based relationships in our accounts whilst developing key relationships (and ecosystems) that strategically enable you to deliver on Datacom objectives
  • Ensure all delivery is well planned and executed with excellence. Ensuring the right people, commercials and governance are in place to deliver successfully to our customers
  • Consistently and sustainably delivering on commitments made to customers (time, cost, and quality). Managing customer contract issues and resolutions to minimise negative impacts to both Datacom and our customers

Requirements

  • Deep business understanding of end-to end sales to delivery cycle
  • Ability to lead and story tell at presentations and confidently sell Datacoms offerings
  • Ability to write high quality proposal documents
  • Strong consultative, strategy and planning skills
  • Financial/commercial/contractual analysis, management, and governance
  • Commercial and Contractual acumen
  • Demonstrated Negotiation skills
