Responsibilities
Drive Operational Excellence (OpsEx) Initiatives: Spearheading and managing a portfolio of OpsEx initiatives aimed at optimizing IT Infrastructure processes.
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: Fostering a collaborative environment, working closely with various IT and business teams.
Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational performance.
Process Improvement and Innovation: Championing the adoption of new methodologies and technologies to enhance operational effectiveness.
Change and Problem Management: Acting as a change agent driving the adoption of new processes and supporting problem management teams in performing root cause analysis.
Mentorship and Guidance: Providing expert guidance and mentorship to team members and colleagues.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in an IT operations or service management role, with a focus on process improvement.
Strong understanding of ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant process improvement frameworks.
Excellent English language skills.
Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving large-scale change initiatives.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
