About the role

- You will act as a key contributor to the CoE’s playbooks and craft excellence initiatives, championing a culture of user-centricity.

- Background in experience design, accessibility, and behavior-driven enablement.
- Ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations in partnership with technical experts.
- Strategic and consultative mindset with strong influencing skills without direct authority.
- Agile, adaptable, and collaborative in outcome-driven environments.
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
