About the role

  • Project Operations Support Coordinator at AVL ensuring effective project lifecycle management. Responsible for data-driven processes, tool management, and administrative support for project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure data quality and timely updates in Procalc (project activation, pass-through handling, release management)
  • Update and distribute weekly project monitoring tools (margins, project progress)
  • Initiate supplier account creation and PO processing for project items
  • Support PRM coordination (bi-monthly planning, weekly passage planning, CRs)
  • Manage travel bookings (flights, hotels, vehicles) for project-related needs
  • Follow up with necessary actions on pending ESS submissions

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
  • Proficiency with project tools (e.g., Procalc, SAP, SharePoint, Excel)
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills
  • Attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to work transversally across departments
  • Fluent in French and English (oral & written)
