Defence & Public Sector Account Manager for Damovo growing strategic engagement in Europe. Leading sales cycles, developing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
Own Damovo’s Defence & Public Sector vertical strategy and manage key account relationships
Lead complex sales cycles, including tenders, RFPs, and framework agreements
Develop and expand strategic accounts through long-term account planning
Position Damovo’s end-to-end portfolio (UC, CX, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Digital Infrastructure)
Serve as executive sponsor for customers, ensuring trust, compliance, and alignment of delivery
Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Architecture, Security, and Bid teams across regions
Monitor pipeline, ensure forecast accuracy, and track vertical performance
Requirements
Proven experience in Defence and/or Public Sector account management with both hunter and farmer responsibilities
Strong understanding of public procurement and regulated environments
Demonstrated success with complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
Confident communicator at senior and C-level
Background in ICT or digital transformation solutions
Fluent in German and English
