  • Vehicle & Systems Integration Engineer developing features to enhance driver experience for Daimler Truck. Collaborating globally to deliver impactful solutions from ideation to implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop features that enhance driver experience and productivity
  • Collaborate with engineers globally and product strategy locally
  • Deliver solutions that provide value to products
  • Execute continuous improvement projects to increase team efficiency
  • Verify features requirements on bench and vehicle to ensure design quality
  • Review issue reports from vehicle validation and customer feedback

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
  • 0-2 years of experience is required
  • Strong fundamentals in engineering and system development
  • Proven ability to rapidly learn and apply new technologies
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate with peers
  • Initiative and ownership of your area of responsibility
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Drive for continuous learning and self-improvement
  • Comfort with ambiguity and willingness to tackle problems outside your immediate expertise
