Responsibilities
Issue and verify invoices (NF), ensuring compliance with internal processes and applicable legislation
Enter purchase orders into the system, ensuring correct data entry and monitoring the stages of the process
Record and reconcile freight charges, validating amounts, documents and information with the relevant departments and partners
Prepare and update operational and management reports, supporting control and analysis of the area's activities
Provide support to e-commerce routines, assisting with order tracking, deliveries and operational follow-ups
Work on reverse logistics processes, including returns control, coordination of collections, product inspection and support in resolving incidents
Support the logistics and administrative teams with day‑to‑day requests, contributing to the organization, efficiency and smoothness of processes.
Requirements
Previous experience in administrative, logistics or e-commerce routines
Experience issuing and entering invoices, processing purchase orders and managing freight control
Basic to intermediate knowledge of logistics processes, especially reverse logistics (returns)
Experience preparing and maintaining operational reports
Familiarity with ERP systems and strong Excel skills
Organized, detail‑oriented profile with good communication skills and willingness to work in a dynamic environment
Ability to work well in a team and support different departments.
