About the role

  • Supporting the coordination of Innovation and Processes in logistics at Brado, ensuring workflow optimization and project integrity. Responsible for managing calendars, documentation, and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the coordination team's calendar and routines, ensuring organization and adherence to deadlines.
  • Prepare support materials for meetings and executive presentations.
  • Draft minutes, record decisions, and follow up on the implementation of actions defined in management forums.
  • Control and organize the documentation for the area's project portfolio.
  • Monitor project schedules, deadlines, and milestones, supporting on-time delivery.
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze data to generate KPIs and support process improvement studies.
  • Update and maintain control panels and performance dashboards.
  • Ensure internal controls, document standards, and area governance practices are kept up to date.
  • Support process standardization and the optimization of administrative routines.
  • Use technology tools and generative AI to automate tasks, synthesize information, and produce documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, IT, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel (intermediate to advanced) for analysis and controls.
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and translate information into action plans.
  • Strong written communication, with command of formal language and the ability to synthesize information for corporate documents.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools and interest in optimizing tasks using prompts.
