Responsibilities
Build and manage the sales pipeline from prospecting to contract signing
Identify potential customers through targeted web research and sign-ups

Present products and advise potential customers
Independently conduct contract negotiations and manage customers through to contract completion
Work closely with the Customer Success Management team
Requirements
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken (min. C1 level)
Experience in sales and new customer acquisition
Experience with complex or technical products, ideally in a SaaS environment
Proficient with common software tools (e.g., MS Office) and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
Communicate openly, directly, and on equal terms
Ability to inspire and engage people
Self-driven, structured, and solution-oriented
