About the role
- HR project manager overseeing the implementation of the EU salary transparency initiative for a financial services firm. Requires strong HR experience and excellent communication skills in German and English.
Responsibilities
- Sub-project lead for implementing the EU Pay Transparency Directive — from planning through implementation
- Establish, manage and coordinate the project structure: define milestones and align with relevant business units, the PMO and external partners
- Documentation & risk management: create transparent project documentation and assess potential risks
- Conduct workshops and present results and status updates — including to management
- Prepare project-related reports for internal committees
- Contribute as a member of the five-person HR team and participate in other HR projects
Requirements
- Degree in HR, business psychology, business administration or an equivalent qualification
- At least five years' experience in HR with a strong focus on project work
- Excellent German and English skills at a professional level — both languages are used actively in day-to-day work
- Structured and calm in complex situations; independent, solution-oriented, team-focused, communicative and pragmatic
- Confident user of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
