About the role

  • Operations Coordinator executing local projects and enhancing Evaluator database in Tunisia. Leading initiatives for Evaluator recruitment and community engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the successful and cost-effective execution of local projects under the supervision of the Operations & Community Lead.
  • Enhancing the local database of Evaluators and retaining the active ones.
  • Plan, recruit, train and certify a sufficient and adequate number of active Evaluators to meet current and forecasted missions.
  • Responsible for the timely assignment and execution of fieldwork according to Company standards.
  • Ensure the quality of field surveys, their timely collection and electronic submission.
  • Communicate proactively with the Customer Success Managers regarding clarification or issues.
  • Coordinate and report project status to the Operations & Community Lead.
  • Ensure the operation margin target is reached by setting the appropriate pay rate and accounting for potential extra costs.
  • Planning and implementing Community growth and engagement initiatives.
  • Retain and create long term relations with Evaluators.
  • Ensure the Evaluators have the best User Experience by responding quickly and effectively to their requests.
  • Ensure timely payments to Evaluators by coordinating with the finance team.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Administration, Business, Management, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of proven Retail/Project Coordination experience and/or Client Servicing.
  • Full proficiency in English and French as you will be the contact person for the Evaluators. Fluency in any other language will be a plus.
  • Social media/Tech savvy (personal or professional)
  • Microsoft Office skills required; other software knowledge is appreciated!
  • Interest/ experience in social media outreach and community management
  • Excellent organizing skills to coordinate project activities. Ability to multitask and can manage time well.
  • Being resourceful, proactive, and having a problem-solving mindset. Ability to work with details and time-sensitive issues.
  • Passionate, positive, and outgoing personality. Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to manage stress.
  • Customer-service orientation
