About the role

Responsibilities

  • Successfully move from Retail Management Development Program as a Store Management Trainee to Assistant Store Manager to Store Manager in 1-3 years.
  • Participate in CVS/pharmacy Leadership Program into field management.
  • Manage store operations and staff effectively.

Requirements

  • Willingness to accept a promotion to Store Manager role at any location in the designated market.
  • Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores located within the designated market.
  • Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Retail management experience, or experience as a CVS Supervisor (preferred)
