Responsibilities
- Own and develop pricing strategies throughout the full product lifecycle in close cooperation with Product Line Managers
- Define product lifecycle vision and contribute to product and portfolio strategies
- Drive product portfolio profitability and support long-term revenue growth
- Create, maintain, and develop price lists for products, spare parts, and services
- Analyze hit rates, volumes, margins, and realized sales prices together with the Business Analytics team
- Assess market trends, customer expectations, and competitive landscapes to ensure attractive and competitive offerings
- Support product development roadmaps and follow up on execution
- Develop go-to-market strategies and launch materials for new products and services together with Marketing
- Support Service Sales with materials and strategies for aftermarket solutions (spares, services, agreements, retrofits)
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Sales Support, Global Operations, and Marketing teams
Requirements
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in pricing, product management, business development, or sales
- Technical background, preferably from an industrial or marine environment
- Experience in Product Management and/or Pricing roles is highly preferred
- MSc or BSc degree in a relevant field
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management capabilities
- Hands-on, proactive, and results-driven attitude
