Responsibilities
Own and enforce safety performance for all leak survey field operations; ensure zero tolerance for unsafe acts or conditions.
Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as client-specific SOPs and contractual requirements.
Lead incident response, near-miss reporting, and corrective action execution.
Maintain audit readiness and documentation quality at all times.
Deliver leak survey work safely, on schedule, and in compliance with all client dates and commitments.
Plan and manage daily and weekly field operations, staffing levels, and productivity targets.
Ensure accurate and timely capture of production and leak data in the designated system of record.
Lead, coach, and hold Supervisors and field personnel accountable for performance, safety, and compliance.
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and retention of qualified leak survey technicians.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with client representatives through reliable execution and transparent communication.
Requirements
3+ years of successful experience managing field service operations, utilities, construction, or similar safety-critical environments.
Proven experience leading field crews and frontline supervisors.
Strong understanding of safety, compliance, and operational discipline in regulated environments.
Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, workforce capacity, and operational risk.
High level of accountability, judgment, and decision discipline.
Proficiency with operational systems, reporting, and basic financial controls.
Valid driver’s license and ability to work in field environments.
