Responsibilities
Drive membership growth, revenue, and broker/partner engagement for Commercial Individual Dental and Vision products
Lead the development and execution of sales strategy across assigned geographies and/or distribution channels
Partner closely with marketing, product, actuarial, operations and field sales resources
Ensure consistent pipeline development, quoting conversion, and enrollment performance
Establish go-to-market plans, monitor performance to targets, and identify opportunities to accelerate growth
Requirements
7-10 years healthcare sales and/or account management experience
Individual commercial experience - dental and vision
Health & Life licensed
Experience developing and implementing sales strategy to sell Individual ancillary products
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
