Responsibilities
Achieves individual growth/retention targets and customer satisfaction levels.
Creates collaborative partnerships with sales to develop a comprehensive growth strategy for assigned book of business.
Executes tactical components of the account teams business plan for each customer.
Demonstrates proactive ability to diagnose and fix root cause drivers of service problems.
Develops and manages service plans in the most proactive and strategic manner possible.
Finds new and innovative ways to show customers the value of the products and services they have purchased.
Proactively identifies potential service issues and takes steps to resolve those service issues that arise.
Takes the lead on management of the integration of clients and Aetna's internal organizations.
Requirements
Must be willing to travel for clients within Florida, as well as reside in Florida.
Must be licensed to sell Life, Health products in Florida. If not currently licensed, this will be required within 60 days of employment effective date and prior to compensation eligibility.
5-10+ years sales and/or account management experience.
Proven track record of maintaining customer accounts through exceptional service.
Experience managing large and complex National Accounts.
Strong relationship building skills in the health care industry.
Excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to work with demanding clients.
High level of organization and detail.
Demonstrated experience leading client meetings.
