About the role

  • Senior Customer Success Analyst managing B2B client relationships at Amcham Brasil. Engaging with clients to implement tailored success plans and achieve results.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of B2B clients (mid-market and enterprise)
  • Manage targets and results
  • Conduct renewal follow-ups
  • Identify and map new business opportunities
  • Lead and facilitate meetings
  • Collaborate with internal teams (events & content, finance, sponsorship, etc.)
  • Participate in events, committees, and seminars

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in customer service and relationship management
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model – in-office 3 days per week
  • **PREFERRED:**
  • Experience building relationships with corporate clients
