About the role

Responsibilities
- Support and, later, independently prepare Technical Due Diligence (TechDD) — technical assessments of residential and commercial properties
- Cost estimation and review of required measures
- Performing quality controls and acceptance inspections
- Ensuring planning quality and cost-effectiveness
- Advising investors and property owners on the acquisition and sale of real estate
- Preparation of Tech DD reports
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent qualification in technical real estate consulting
- At least 1 year of professional experience in construction, preferably with a focus on construction costs
- Relevant experience in Technical Due Diligence / property valuation is advantageous
- Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong initiative, analytical thinking and quality awareness
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to travel throughout Germany
