About the role

  • Consultant for Technical Due Diligence in Cushman & Wakefield, managing real estate assessments and investor advisory. Collaborate across teams to ensure quality and profitability in projects.

Responsibilities

  • Support and, later, independently prepare Technical Due Diligence (TechDD) — technical assessments of residential and commercial properties
  • Cost estimation and review of required measures
  • Performing quality controls and acceptance inspections
  • Ensuring planning quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Advising investors and property owners on the acquisition and sale of real estate
  • Preparation of Tech DD reports

Requirements

  • Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or an equivalent qualification in technical real estate consulting
  • At least 1 year of professional experience in construction, preferably with a focus on construction costs
  • Relevant experience in Technical Due Diligence / property valuation is advantageous
  • Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong initiative, analytical thinking and quality awareness
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to travel throughout Germany
