About the role
- IT Consultant supporting digital transformation in the public sector by enhancing municipal management processes. Collaborating with clients to implement and optimize digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Du berätst und betreust unsere Kunden im Public Sector bei der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung unserer LuGM‑Modullandschaft
- Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und übernimmst die vollständige Betreuung eines festen Kundensets – von der Implementierung bis zur Optimierung
- Du analysierst bestehende Prozesse und entwickelst individuelle Lösungskonzepte für kommunale Liegenschafts‑ und Gebäudeverwaltung
- Du führst Workshops, Schulungen und Präsentationen für Anwender:innen und Projektbeteiligte durch
- Du unterstützt bei der Integration unserer Lösung in das Finanzwesen oder beim Einsatz als eigenständiges System
- Du arbeitest eng mit unserer Entwicklung und dem Support zusammen, um LuGM kontinuierlich zu verbessern
Requirements
- Du hast ein Studium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich Public Management, Verwaltungsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation – oder du überzeugst als motivierte:r Quereinsteiger:in mit Hands‑on‑Mentalität und hoher Lernbereitschaft
- Du bringst Erfahrung mit CAFM‑Systemen oder kommunalen Verwaltungsprozessen mit, idealerweise mit Axians Infoma
- Du hast Freude an Beratung, Kundenkontakt und gemeinsamer Lösungsfindung
- Du begeisterst dich für neue Technologien, Digitalisierung und Prozessmanagement
- Du hast erste Projekterfahrung oder möchtest dich in diesem Bereich weiterentwickeln
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und gerne in einem dynamischen Umfeld
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du bist regional reisebereit
