About the role
- ERP Consultant guiding clients through Dynamics 365 implementations and optimizations. Working collaboratively with customers on tailored solutions and ongoing support post-implementation.
Responsibilities
- Sie beraten und unterstützen unsere Kunden bei dem Einführungsprozess von Dynamics 365 in abwechslungsreichen und spannenden Projekten.
- Durchführung von Anforderungsanalysen, Kundengesprächen, Workshops und Präsentationen
- Koordination und Leitung von Projekten in Zusammenarbeit mit unserer Entwicklungsabteilung
- Schulung von Key Usern in deren Arbeitsprozessen
- Erarbeitung von passenden Lösungskonzepten zur kundenspezifischen Anpassung von Dynamics 365
- Erweiterung unserer Branchenlösungen auf Basis von Dynamics 365
- Betreuung unserer Bestandskunden nach erfolgter Einführung von Dynamics 365
Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der ERP-Beratung
- Gute funktionale Kenntnisse in Produktion, Handel & Logistik oder Finanzen
- Stärke in der Erfassung von betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusammenhängen und deren Abbildung im ERP- System
- Ausgeprägte analytische u. kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- Kundenorientierung, Eigenverantwortung, Teamgeist
- Umsetzungs- und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
