About the role

  • Client Relationship Consultant at U.S. Bank building relationships with customers and recommending financial solutions. Engaging with clients and assessing their banking needs in face-to-face interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with customers by meeting face to face
  • Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs
  • Educate clients on available deposit and loan products
  • Recommend financial solutions based on each customer’s unique goals
  • Originate and close consumer loans
  • Open accounts and manage branch operations

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to five years of customer service experience
  • One to five years of sales experience
  • Proven customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Effective selling and referral skills
  • Strong mathematical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in the financial services industry preferred
