Responsibilities

  • Design and sell fitted kitchens, bathrooms, wardrobes and accessories
  • Achieve revenue and margin targets
  • Contribute to setting store and salesperson targets
  • Perform daily, weekly and monthly follow-ups
  • Lead and continuously train sales staff
  • Support salespeople through the sales process
  • Create optimal conditions for business development
  • Participate in recruiting and onboarding team members
  • Manage external providers: delivery teams, installers, maintenance services
  • Analyze data and propose action plans
  • Report results to store management
