Responsibilities
Handling customer inquiries and orders
Advising customers on the product range
Coordinating production and delivery schedules
Ongoing contact with field sales representatives, service staff, accounting, and other departments
Ensuring legally compliant shipping of dangerous goods
Preparation of all export documents
Preparation and follow-up for trade shows and training sessions, and participation when required
Requirements
Professional experience in sales, preferably in the bicycle or sporting goods sector
Ideally native-level German or equivalent language proficiency
Very good command of English
Strong organizational skills
