About the role

  • Inside Sales Specialist responsible for processing customer inquiries and coordinating production schedules for CUBE Bikes. Collaborating with various departments to ensure service compliance and documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Handling customer inquiries and orders
  • Advising customers on the product range
  • Coordinating production and delivery schedules
  • Ongoing contact with field sales representatives, service staff, accounting, and other departments
  • Ensuring legally compliant shipping of dangerous goods
  • Preparation of all export documents
  • Preparation and follow-up for trade shows and training sessions, and participation when required

Requirements

  • Professional experience in sales, preferably in the bicycle or sporting goods sector
  • Ideally native-level German or equivalent language proficiency
  • Very good command of English
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Team player
  • Ability to work under pressure and assertiveness
  • Ability to work independently
  • Basic technical understanding
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive demeanor
