About the role

  • Marketing Analyst at Cubbo planning and analyzing marketing campaigns for e-commerce logistics. Supporting lead generation strategies and collaborating across various teams.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns (online and offline);
  • Support lead generation strategy in partnership with the Commercial team;
  • Produce and assist in creating content for digital channels (social media, email marketing, website, and corporate materials);
  • Manage and maintain the marketing and communications calendar;
  • Monitor performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign results, and recommend improvements;
  • Support management of vendors, agencies, and partners;
  • Conduct market, target audience, and competitor analyses;
  • Assist in organizing events, internal activities, and branding initiatives;
  • Ensure communication is aligned with the brand's positioning and identity.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related fields;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organized, creative, and results-oriented profile;
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
  • Comfortable working with a variety of digital tools and platforms.
