Responsibilities
Responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting and consulting to closing and ongoing account management
Proactively generate and approach leads via phone and social media, and identify additional channels
Take over and strategically grow existing accounts through up- and cross-selling
Set up and select lead-generation campaigns in close coordination with the back office
Provide full customer support including claims management to secure long-term partnerships
Achieve assigned KPIs, including revenue, number of new customers, and activity levels
Document and manage all sales activities in Salesforce
Identify market trends and actively network to expand the market portfolio through client visits, trade shows, etc.
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales, preferably in lead generation, online marketing, or SaaS
Technical affinity / experience with software
High self-motivation and proactivity
Strong communication skills and enjoyment of the "people business"
Business-fluent German and English (negotiation-level proficiency)
