About the role
- Product Manager integrating AI into Crypto.com App, collaborating with cross-functional teams on product strategy. Driving AI-driven user experiences with a focus on operational excellence and personalization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Leads across the Crypto.com App to identify opportunities for AI integration, ensuring a unified and intelligent user experience across all feature verticals.
- Define and drive the strategy for customer-facing AI and data products, balancing long-term innovation with immediate operational wins.
- Work alongside AI/ML researchers to integrate generative AI models (LLMs) into core features, ensuring high standards for response quality, relevance, and latency.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams—including Engineering, Data Infrastructure, and Design—to translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, mobile-first requirements.
- Scale AI-powered support tools and automated verification flows (KYC) to enhance efficiency while maintaining a frictionless user experience.
- Define success metrics and monitor product performance to drive continuous, rapid experimentation and feature optimization.
- Ensure all AI-driven products adhere to global standards for data privacy, reliability, and ethical AI practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, specifically within AI, fintech, or high-growth data platform environments.
- Strong understanding of generative AI fundamentals, including prompt engineering, model limitations, and the nuances of deploying LLMs in a production environment.
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate with diverse product teams to bring complex, multi-layered features to life.
- Experience with AI Agent tooling (e.g., Alfred AI) and optimizing user verification or support workflows through automation.
- Ability to manage high-level strategy while maintaining a hands-on approach to product delivery and detail-oriented execution.
- A passion for translating sophisticated technical solutions into impactful, easy-to-use experiences for a global audience.
- Previous experience delivering customer-facing AI products is highly preferred. Familiarity with crypto ecosystems is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field; advanced degrees (Masters/MBA) are a plus.
