Responsibilities
- Provide functional strategy execution, and operational oversight for Branch Programs across the enterprise.
- Provide program strategy, performance, and continuous improvement ideas, ensuring alignment with Branch Operations objectives and company-wide initiatives.
- Partner closely with executive leadership, branch leadership, and cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, IT, Safety, and Supply Chain to evaluate, define and prioritize scalable, high-impact programs that support branch performance and customer outcomes.
- This position has oversight and influence on Branch Programs staff and serves as the primary owner for governance, reporting, and long-term program effectiveness.
Requirements
- 8-15 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree (Business Management, Accounting, or Operations).
- Non-degree considered if 8+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
- Occasional travel (0-5%)
