Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure execution of the 5Ps (Product, Price, Placement, Promotion and POP materials) across channels
Coordinate implementation of product launches, shopper campaigns and promotional initiatives
Analyze the performance of the 5Ps and recommend action plans to improve commercial results
Monitor competitive activity at the point of sale including SOS, SOE and promotional execution
Manage monthly controls to optimize investments including Gross-to-Net (GTN), inventory and SKU rotation
Evaluate promotional performance together with finance teams to improve future promotional strategies
Identify assortment opportunities including SKU listings and discontinuations
Coordinate the implementation of POP materials and in-store visibility initiatives
Maintain accurate demand planning information for promotional and off-shelf activities
Support meetings with key customers to ensure alignment and engagement
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or related fields
3–5 years of experience in commercial roles, including field sales experience
Strong understanding of retail environments, assortment management and 5P execution
Advanced Excel and Google Workspace proficiency
Experience with business intelligence and market insight tools (Nielsen IQ, dashboards, etc.)
