Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for revenue, margin and EBIT of the Business Unit
Management and supervision of all Business Central projects
Ensuring delivery quality, adherence to schedules and customer satisfaction
Disciplinary and technical leadership of consultants, project managers, architects and students
Capacity and utilization management
Building resources and skills to reduce external dependencies
Escalation point for project managers and clients
Further development of the service portfolio and establishment of scalable structures
Close collaboration with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market strategies
KPI-based reporting, forecasting and deriving operational measures
Participation in proposal approvals within the defined authority framework
Requirements
Several years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365
Leadership experience with profit and/or divisional responsibility
Strong understanding of project management, utilization logic and margin mechanics
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong decision-making ability
Confident presence at management and C-level
Experience in steering committees and escalation management
Ability to lead and develop cross-site teams
Very good command of English
