Responsibilities
Develop and strengthen the strategic partnership with Walmart
Identify customer needs and develop proactive business solutions across the supply chain
Implement account investment strategies ensuring strong ROI and performance-based investments
Monitor business performance daily and track weekly sales and consumption metrics
Prepare monthly reports analyzing performance vs. plan (sales, shipments, GtN, service levels)
Coordinate in-store activation and promotion plans with Customer Marketing
Work closely with internal teams such as Credit Control to monitor account performance and resolve operational issues
Ensure strong commercial execution and continuous growth of the account
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or related fields
3–4 years of experience in commercial roles, trade marketing or field sales operations
Strong analytical and negotiation skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Intermediate to advanced English
Previous experience managing the Walmart account (Nice to have)
Knowledge of Power BI or Retail Link (Nice to have)
