Responsibilities
Reporting to the Vice President, Administration, propose and design marketing and advertising campaigns
Develop, manage and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
Build business relationships with marketing agencies
Serve as the primary communicator to build consensus among stakeholders
Conduct competitive intelligence and analyze marketing campaign performance
Contribute to the development of the marketing budget
Establish a marketing/advertising calendar
Develop marketing assets to support campaigns
Act as project manager for global marketing initiatives
Maintain an engaging web presence for the target audience
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, preferably with a specialization in Marketing
Minimum of 8 years' experience designing and deploying targeted marketing and advertising initiatives
Essential — Exceptional writing skills in both French and English (10/10)
Essential — Experience interacting with external marketing & advertising agencies or graphic design vendors
Asset — Professional background in B2B content marketing
Asset — Experience leading website modernization initiatives
Excellent understanding of the modern digital environment and ecosystem, including social media
Professional exposure to marketing and advertising best practices
Preferably — experience covering a large territory (Canadian or, preferably, North American or international)
Strong proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
Familiarity with layout/design software and mass email/marketing platforms
