About the role

  • Marketing Professional for Europe at Aleph Group focusing on executing B2B initiatives. Collaborating with teams to enhance brand presence across European markets.

Responsibilities

  • Support the regional strategy and contribute to building the presence and awareness of Aleph and its priority partners across European markets.
  • Coordinate project timelines and asset delivery while working closely with the Regional Marketing team, the Global Marketing team, and cross-functional partners in sales and communications.
  • Manage regional and local execution of marketing initiatives to engage the local advertiser communities regularly: Events, content, case studies, email marketing, swag, sales material, direct mailers etc.
  • Ensure marketing activities are aligned with the overall global marketing strategy, as well as Regional Director and Country Manager’s strategy.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with the Digital Advertising Ecosystem: Understanding of digital advertising, ad tech platforms, and key components of data-driven marketing.
  • Working Knowledge of B2B Marketing: Experience supporting B2B marketing initiatives within a digital landscape, ideally in the advertising or technology sector.
  • Data Analysis & Measurement Support: Demonstrated ability to assist in the analysis of campaign performance metrics and support efforts to gather data for optimization and ROI reporting.
  • Content Adaptation Skills: Ability to adapt and localize existing marketing narratives and content (case studies, blog posts, social media copy) for specific B2B audiences.
  • Collaboration Experience: Experience managing co-marketing campaigns and activities involving external partners or vendors.
  • Local Market Awareness: Ability to quickly adapt communication and execution plans to different local markets, showing sensitivity to cultural nuances.
  • Clear Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing, when interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Event Coordination: Experience coordinating logistical elements for events or webinars (virtual and in-person), including managing vendor needs, supplies, and timelines.
