Responsibilities
Lead omnichannel Retail Media strategies across platforms including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Tesco, Boots and more to drive client profit.
Oversee account setups across both Vendor and Seller models.
Manage retail readiness workflows, including Brand Registry, PDP optimisation (copy, imagery, video), and Brand Store consultation to ensure content is built for conversion.
Direct high-impact media deployments, from Sponsored Ads to off-site CTV/OLV and DSP.
Drive team performance to exceed margin targets.
Provide technical guidance on daily operations and performance optimisation, ensuring the team maintains a digital shelf advantage while fostering innovation through the Croudie Network.
Ensure the effective measurement of campaigns, providing insightful reporting that demonstrates value and drives strategic decisions.
Play an active role in defining Amazon Marketplace and Retail Media best practice and creating scalable processes to improve team efficiency.
Provide direction and guidance to your team to ensure the highest standards of communication and client service are maintained.
Requirements
Demonstrable in-depth experience in Retail Media or Marketplace roles within a digital organisation
Strong retail media knowledge (Amazon Ads, Skai, Google Analytics, Amazon Marketing Cloud)
Proven experience managing client relationships, expectations, and cross-channel activities
Excellent communicator with a collaborative approach, able to mentor junior colleagues and work across teams
Skilled at managing client budgets, expectations, and delivering campaigns that hit targets
Analytical and data-driven, able to turn insights into optimised campaigns and measurable results
