About the role

  • Senior Amazon Marketplace Manager leading Retail Media strategies for major clients. Managing a team and ensuring excellence in marketplace operations in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead omnichannel Retail Media strategies across platforms including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Tesco, Boots and more to drive client profit.
  • Oversee account setups across both Vendor and Seller models.
  • Manage retail readiness workflows, including Brand Registry, PDP optimisation (copy, imagery, video), and Brand Store consultation to ensure content is built for conversion.
  • Direct high-impact media deployments, from Sponsored Ads to off-site CTV/OLV and DSP.
  • Drive team performance to exceed margin targets.
  • Provide technical guidance on daily operations and performance optimisation, ensuring the team maintains a digital shelf advantage while fostering innovation through the Croudie Network.
  • Ensure the effective measurement of campaigns, providing insightful reporting that demonstrates value and drives strategic decisions.
  • Play an active role in defining Amazon Marketplace and Retail Media best practice and creating scalable processes to improve team efficiency.
  • Provide direction and guidance to your team to ensure the highest standards of communication and client service are maintained.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable in-depth experience in Retail Media or Marketplace roles within a digital organisation
  • Strong retail media knowledge (Amazon Ads, Skai, Google Analytics, Amazon Marketing Cloud)
  • Proven experience managing client relationships, expectations, and cross-channel activities
  • Excellent communicator with a collaborative approach, able to mentor junior colleagues and work across teams
  • Skilled at managing client budgets, expectations, and delivering campaigns that hit targets
  • Analytical and data-driven, able to turn insights into optimised campaigns and measurable results
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to plan effectively, drive performance, and deliver profitable growth.
  • Curious and proactive, staying ahead of industry trends, tools, and opportunities -able to work autonomously to generate ideas and deliver results.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities, projects, and client demands.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused agency environment with a mix of technical, commercial, and strategic responsibility
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and project management ability.
