Responsibilities
Coordinate the administrative activities of the Consulting and HSE Measurement Agency
Optimize operational processes and ensure the quality and efficiency of services
Supervise and lead your team's activities (8 employees across multiple locations in Île-de-France)
Lead morning briefings with Customer Relations Officers
Conduct periodic coordination meetings to adjust Back Office service priorities
Represent the agency in cross-functional meetings with other BO Managers in the BVE network
Participate in the Executive Committee (CODIR) of the Île-de-France Agency
Travel within Île-de-France is to be expected.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher in management or team leadership, or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years' experience in production management and team leadership
Valid driver's license (category B) required.
