About the role

  • Entry-level Digital Marketing Executive supporting programmatic advertising campaigns at Croud. Collaborating with Account Managers in a hybrid work environment to meet client goals.

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Setting up, launching, and managing programmatic display campaigns
  • Keeping an eye on campaign results to make sure we are on track to hit client goals
  • Learning to use industry-leading platforms such as DV360 and The Trade Desk to deliver campaigns
  • Helping the team analyze campaign data to spot trends, challenges, and successes
  • Writing clear instructions (briefs) for tasks given to the Croudie Network
  • Checking work completed by our Croudie Network to ensure it is accurate
  • Assisting the team with ad-hoc requests from clients or other teams within the agency
  • Learning and using the high standards of communication and service we provide to all clients

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English
  • Degree in subjects such as marketing, advertising, media and communications, or similar would be beneficial
  • Confident working with data and numbers
  • Logical problem-solver who can investigate issues
  • Comfortable following processes and ensuring work meets defined quality standards
  • Practical experience in digital marketing through previous work or internship experience in marketing, project management, or media is advantageous
  • Demonstrated skills in teamwork and collaboration within a professional setting
  • Effective time management and multitasking abilities
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, and PowerPoint/Google Slides
  • A strong interest in digital marketing including programmatic advertising
