About the role

  • Digital Marketing Analyst role at Ford transforming the automotive consumer experience through product data management. Collaborating with IT and product managers for accurate digital touchpoints.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the precise deployment of product and pricing data on Ford North America websites, ensuring regional alignment and customer-centric information delivery.
  • Update the tracker for the requests and amendments received.
  • Report the progress of the Project using reports, Dashboard and tools.
  • Keep a keen interest in process improvements through technical / automation perspective.
  • Coordinate with the supporting stakeholders for the digital assets and site setup.
  • Verify the inputs performed by the authoring analyst to ensure quality output.
  • Receive approval from the respective stakeholders for publishing the models.
  • Enable supporting contents for Inventory and E-Commerce requirements.
  • Maintain compliance and control documentation for managing audits & reviews.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce with 3 years or above / Postgraduation in Business Management with minimum of 1 year or above experience is preferred
  • Any exposure to marketing & digital marketing platforms with basic automobile knowledge is preferred
  • Flexibility to work on night shift on the need basis
