About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities in the German market
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social platforms
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems
  • Meet and exceed individual and team targets

Requirements

  • Fluent German (C1/C2) + English (minimum B2)
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is a plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, target-driven environment
