About the role

  • Technical Customer Service Representative offering technical support remotely for a well-known international brand. Handling inquiries, analyzing data, and collaborating with teams in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

  • Support French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle technical and data-related inquiries, including basic SQL checks
  • Investigate issues, provide clear explanations, and ensure fast resolution
  • Collaborate with technical and internal teams to improve service quality
  • Document cases accurately and meet quality & performance KPIs

Requirements

  • French: Fluent / Native (C1–C2)
  • English: B1–B2 level
  • Basic SQL knowledge (queries, data checks, troubleshooting mindset)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working remotely with digital tools
  • Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not mandatory
