Requirements
French: Fluent / Native (C1–C2)
English: B1–B2 level
Basic SQL knowledge (queries, data checks, troubleshooting mindset)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working remotely with digital tools
Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, but not mandatory
