Responsibilities

  • Lead community management efforts across HEYDUDE owned social media channels
  • Maintain social listening to understand trends and consumer insights
  • Organize user-generated content and identify content use cases
  • Support social reporting and scorecard monthly reports
  • Collaborate with the social media and influencer team on content

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related discipline
  • At least 2+ years of experience in social media and community management
  • Understanding of social media platforms
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Eagerness to explore emerging trends
  • Expert in Microsoft PPT, Excel, Word
