Responsibilities
Build Community from Zero: Design and execute our community strategy for course and enablement content creators, establishing Colossyan as the hub for AI-powered learning professionals.
Curate High-Impact Events Globally: Organize and host intimate dinners and meetups with L&D thought leaders, key prospects, and community members in major cities around the world—from London and New York to San Francisco, Berlin, and beyond. You'll be traveling regularly to connect with our global community where they are.
Drive Social Engagement: Maintain an active LinkedIn presence, identify and connect with micro-influencers (5-15K followers), and foster authentic relationships within the learning community.
Create Enablement Resources: Develop comprehensive playbooks and guides that help thought leaders and creators maximize the potential of AI video tools in their content strategies.
Amplify Thought Leadership: Partner with industry experts to co-create content, case studies, and best practices that showcase innovative approaches to AI-powered learning.
Requirements
AI Fluency: You've built AI agents, experimented with LLMs, and understand the practical applications of generative AI—you're not just talking about AI, you're actively using it.
Community Building Experience: You've grown engaged communities before, whether in tech, education, or creator spaces—you understand what makes people want to belong.
Exceptional Networker: You're energized by connecting with people, naturally build rapport, and have a knack for turning conversations into lasting relationships.
Global Traveler: You're excited about international travel and comfortable building relationships across cultures and time zones—expect to be on the road regularly.
Content Creation Skills: Strong writing ability and an eye for creating compelling narratives that resonate with learning professionals and content creators.
Event Management: You've organized professional events or meetups and know how to create memorable experiences that drive engagement.
