Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- 4+ years of retail experience with preference for candidates with prior Store Manager experience
- Flexibility in work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Proven track record inspiring and empowering teams while driving performance and achieving results
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required if driving is an essential job function
- Ability to lift 30 pounds or more and continuously move around the store for a minimum of 8 hours per shift
