Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles across Japan and Korea - owning the process from role intake through to offer acceptance
Support recruitment for regional roles in Singapore when needed, working closely with cross-border stakeholders.
Leads as a Crocs Inc. brand ambassador delivering an outstanding candidate experience by conducting digital recruitment, upholding the integrity of job postings, and ensuring a detailed interview process from start to finish.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies for niche and critical roles, leveraging tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, social platforms, and external agency partnerships where needed.
Ensure strong process discipline and accurate data management in our ATS (SuccessFactors SAP), contributing to regional reporting, compliance, and continuous improvement
Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to stakeholders—such as talent availability, competitor activity, compensation trends, and candidate feedback—to inform better hiring decisions
Contribute to broader talent initiatives, including employer branding and recruitment marketing, as part of the APAC Talent Acquisition team.
Requirements
Native or business-level proficiency in Japanese, with fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
Minimum 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in an in-house or regional role within a fast-paced, matrixed environment
Experience in retail, consumer goods, fashion, or similar industries is preferred
Deep understanding of the Japan talent market, with working knowledge of recruitment practices and cultural nuances in Korea
Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably SuccessFactors)
Ability to support 10 – 15 requisitions concurrently.
