About the role

  • Sales Specialist managing Cisco Renewals, Licenses, and Services in a hybrid role. Driving upsell, meeting sales targets, and handling contract renewals in the IT sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of clients with active Cisco contracts
  • Execute renewal processes for SmartNet contracts, software licenses, and subscriptions (Cisco DNA, Webex, etc.)
  • Monitor key expiration dates to prevent service interruptions
  • Identify upselling and cross-sell opportunities with professional services, upgrades, or new Cisco solutions
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial follow-up with support from the technical team
  • Achieve monthly targets for contract renewals and service sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience as Sales Specialist in CISCO Renewals, Licenses or Services
  • Extensive experience with Cisco with knowledge of its core business, key clients, brand focus, and the ability to handle commercial terminology
  • Knowledge in SmartNet, Enterprise Agreements (EA), SaaS Cisco and Distribution Channel
  • Experience with Excel
  • Fluent English and Spanish
