About the role

Responsibilities

  • Consultative approach rather than just selling: You analyze customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • New business acquisition (B2B): You actively contact potential clients and conduct persuasive sales conversations.
  • Proposals & closures: You prepare proposals, follow them up, and successfully close deals.
  • Customer retention: You build long-term relationships and further develop them.
  • Contribute to improvement: You bring ideas to optimize our sales processes.

Requirements

  • Some initial experience in sales or strong motivation to start a career in sales — career changers with drive are welcome
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment in engaging with people
  • Curiosity and self-initiative to identify and actively pursue new business opportunities
  • Goal-oriented — you are not discouraged by a “no” but see it as an opportunity to improve
  • Team spirit, reliability, and a desire to grow together
  • Strong German language skills, written and spoken (at least C2 level); English skills are a plus
  • Confident use of digital tools (CRM, MS Office, LinkedIn)
