About the role

Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Revenue Cloud Advanced solutions.
- Implement and configure Salesforce Spiff for commission calculations.
- Develop complex Salesforce customizations using Apex, LWC, and Flow Designer.
- Design robust data models for CPQ, Billing, and Spiff.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor developers.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Product teams.
Requirements
- Deep, hands-on experience with Salesforce UE & Revenue Cloud.
- Proven experience in designing commission plans and automating calculations via Spiff.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Salesforce declarative tools.
- Expertise in API integrations (REST/SOAP) and connecting Salesforce with ERP systems.
- Deep understanding of data modeling, security models, and governor limits.
