About the role

  • Customer Service Consultant providing support via phone, live chat, and email for CreditorWatch customers. Handling inquiries and disputes while enhancing customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer enquiries via phone, live chat and email across different geographies
  • Own and progress customer cases from enquiry through to resolution
  • Be the voice of the customer within the business, sharing feedback and insights to improve products
  • Investigate and manage commercial disputes between customers and their debtors
  • Solve real business problems and deliver meaningful improvements that directly enhance the customer experience

Requirements

  • couple years of experience as a Customer Service Agent
  • passion for providing world class service
  • strong problem solving skills
  • experience with dispute handling
  • time management skills
  • written and verbal communication skills
