About the role

  • B2B Business Development Manager responsible for full sales cycle at CreditorWatch. Leveraging unique data insights to drive corporate business growth in Australia.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting and acquiring new business via outbound phone calls
  • Booking demos with prospects on a daily basis
  • Conducting tailored discovery to propose appropriate solutions
  • Utilisation of Salesforce CRM to manage activity and accurately forecast
  • Ability to work autonomously with regular cadence of sales activity
  • Achieving revenue targets evaluated on new monthly recurring revenue (MRR) sales
  • Collaborating with key internal stakeholders to drive customer engagement and satisfaction
  • Training newly onboarded customers to maximise utilisation and reduce churn risk

Requirements

  • A few years of sales experience ideally within the B2B (and tech) space
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Resilient, ambitious, and nurturing in approach
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
