Responsibilities
Lead and manage quoting team operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to timelines
Distribute workload effectively across team members and monitor quote progress
Provide coaching and support to team members to build quoting, costing, and communication skills
Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, and Operations to align on quote strategy and resolve issues
Lead complex and strategic customer quote efforts
Monitor and report on KPIs related to quote volume, timeliness, accuracy, and margin performance
Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives in the quoting process
Ensure compliance with internal pricing strategies, company policies, and customer expectations
Provide insights and recommendations on labor costing, margin levers, and component trends
Prepare margin analyses, customer presentations, and business cases to support executive decision-making
Promote knowledge sharing across teams and locations, developing leaders and high performers
Support budgeting activities and drive cost avoidance strategies at the program level

Requirements
Associate degree in a related field preferred; equivalent work experience in electronics manufacturing accepted
Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronics manufacturing with demonstrated success in quoting, cost estimation, or supply chain strategy
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex quoting programs across functions or locations
US Citizen or lawful permanent resident or a protected individual under the Immigration and Naturalization Act is required.
The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in wire and cable assembly and demonstrate knowledge of supply base.
Deep understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, supplier strategies, and labor/material costing.
Strong skills in BOM analysis, ERP systems, quoting platforms, and cost analytics.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and data modeling.
Proven ability to create strategic presentations and margin-focused business cases.
Ability to influence senior leadership and contribute to high-level decision-making.
